Postage & Packaging
Free delivery on all orders over £10.
Below £10 delivery charge of £3.99.
Our aim is to post all orders within 7 working days, subject to stock availability. You will be contacted via email if there is any change on this. If for any reason you do not receive your order after 10 working days please contact us on the above email.
Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct as we cannot be held liable for missing parcels. If a mistake has occurred, please contact us immediately with your order number and we will rectify the issue as long as the order has not been dispatched.
Returns
We really do hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you are not, you can return the item to us within 7 working days of receipt.
All items must be returned to us in the condition they were sent, unused and in their original packaging.
For all returns, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for all the return postage costs. This is non-refundable.
Please be sure to contact us first on the email address provided to initiate a return and clearly state why you wish to return your item and a returns address will be given.
The Little Shop Of Interiors cannot be held responsible for any parcels that may get lost in transit, so ask that you obtain proof of postage when making your return.
Please return within 5 days of initiation.
Where goods are faulty please contact us on the email provided. Please ensure you report any damages within 24 hours of receipt as we cannot be held responsible after this point but we will of course try our hardest to help where we can.
